The CTX Phoenix Baseball Club has one primary focus. Develop players for high school baseball. Physical conditioning, fundamentals, and work ethic are the pillars of the Phoenix. No monthly dues with cost share as needed. We plan on taking youth baseball back from the bottomless cash pits that exist in many areas and developing players over chasing players. If your goal is $3 rings and $70 sliding mitts, we are not the right organization for you. If your goal is to grind towards becoming a high performing HS player and you are willing to put in the work then we may be the right fit. Tournaments will not exceed twice a month. It's well documented by many professionals within the baseball community that nowadays there are far too many games and not enough practices. We've listened to those warnings of Major League scouts, coaches and players and have decided to do something different.
